Office hours are Monday through Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. If this time is inconvenient for you, please
Feel free to call outside of office hours at any “reasonable time.” Don’t hesitate to call if you have any questions.
Your houseboat can accommodate only the number of people that it sleeps. If you need additional room for your
Party, rent two or more boats. The boats can be anchored together. The boats are designed to hold the number of people that they sleep. Your trip will be more enjoyable if you do not over load the houseboats. We have houseboats
That sleep 4 & 6 or 10 people. (if your houseboat sleeps 4 do not bring any more than 4 people. If your houseboat sleeps 6, do not bring any more than 6 people.) Pets are not allowed.
There is a two night minimum. In order to reserve a houseboat, a $200.00 deposit is required when making a
Reservation. The deposit will go towards the total cost of your trip. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express , and Cash.
Checks are accepted if received three weeks before arrival. Reservation deposits are non refundable. Deposit
Will be applied to a changed reservation only if received in writing three weeks prior to arrival date. If you have
To change a reservation, call us first. You have 1 year to reschedule.
Written confirmation and a receipt for deposit is mailed, emailed or faxed to you. Your confirmation requests
That you call us two to three days prior to your arrival date to set up an arrival time.
Check in time is after 2:00 P.M. and check out time is before 12 noon. However, if no one is on your boat the
Night before you arrive, you can check in after 9:00am. If no one reserves your boat for the night you leave, you can check out later in the afternoon. Upon arrival, check in at the Office.
Preparation
Bring your food, aluminum foil, large pots for large meals (optional), drinking water, ice for a 48 quart
Ice chest (refrigeration), extra ice chests, charcoal for grill, pillows, linens for full size beds and towels
(optional) we do provide linens for you. Flash light and /or battery- operated lantern, sporting equipment, mosquito repellent and personal bathroom items, (toilet paper, paper towels and dishwashing soap are provided).
